Leipprandt rocks the rim twice as he goes for 30 in a nice win for Ubly. Go Cats!!!

I know that we are in basketball season right now, but has anyone noticed that Deckerville starts the season off playing Mendon?

Leipprandt is the real deal, who else would be in the top five of area players?

Top 5 GTC players?
Janer

Leipprandt

The GTC may be average at best this season, but let's be honest. You should be able to fill out a top-five with more than just Drew Janer and Leipprandt.

I'm saying maybe Janer is just that good?

"The GTC may be average at best this season, but let's be honest. You should be able to fill out a top-five with more than just Drew Janer and Leipprandt."

Why? Why can't everyone be honest that the talent is dooooooooooooooooowwwwwnnnnn. It's Janer and NOBODY else.

You can make your precious "Top 5," but after Janer, either #2 equals #11, or every name after Janer comes with an asterisk.

Janer's brother has spoken!

If the GTC is down then what is with the tri-valley east. Muth has been running through the conference and loss by double digits to both Reese and Vassar. Janer is a nice ball player but his supporting cast is better than advertised..

Any player from the HB Pirates that could be added to this short list?

My top 7 and no paticular order as i haven't seen all teams this year:
Drew Janner
Marshall Leipprandt
Eli Kraft
Jake Holland
Eric Booms
Andrew Siemen

You mean top 6...Yes, Janner and Leipprandt, what about any kids from Marlette? Lange does not have great numbers but a heads up player...Kraft is good, what about their senior pt guard, can't spell his name? Nobody from the senior class on Sandusky? Reese sends noone your way?

Gnatkowski from Reese is a double double machine... He has to be on any list. The soph from Vassar isn't bad either. I watched him rip USA. I like some of the Marlette kids.. Janer is top player in the area..

Janer is the top player no doubt about it, harbor beach has no real standouts so far just a bunch of kids who play together. Kraft as a freshman is doing an incredible job and will be fun to watch in the years to come. Leiprandt is good, as is booms, theres some shooters from sandusky. I really haven't seen much of the west to say whos the best from their side. Marlette has a bunch of kids who are good and can get after it

This blog hasn't changed since my senior year of high school 3 years ago... sunshine blown up Ubly's ass.... I watched Leiprandt twice this season and he'll be lucky to make honorable mention all GTE.... whoever is in love with Leiprandt, take him to the gym and tell him to work on his lay-ups and keep the whining at home...

Haha, Leiprandt will get 1st team GTE guaranteed and I'm not even from Ubly. The huron tribune should do a top 25 players thing like the Times Herald did.

someones also up HB's team to. They have absoulutly no standouts and Kraft cant even average 5 pts a game let alone top 7

Being one of the top players isn't just about scoring

You people need to get a room.

"That Sophomore" from Vassar is Nathan Greaves...and he might make a top 10 list of mine...not a top five though.
I think Caleb Gnatkowski would sneak in to a top five.
Also, someone said "If the GTW is down this year, than what is the Tri-Valley East?"
The TVC East this year is even worse.
